Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the is-digital platform ("Service") at app.is-digital.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, agencies, and organisations.

2. Description of Service

is-digital is a social media management platform that allows users to connect social media accounts, schedule and publish content, view analytics, manage approvals, and collaborate with team members. Features may vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at dehingia.pritam@gmail.com.

4. Connected Social Accounts

By connecting third-party social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.), you authorise is-digital to access and act on your behalf as permitted by your OAuth authorisation. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's own terms of service. We will access only the permissions you explicitly grant and will not act beyond your instructions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights
  • Spam, harass, or mislead other users or the public
  • Violate any applicable social media platform policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by is-digital and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service features you use.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime of third-party social media platforms
  • Failure to publish scheduled content due to API limitations or platform changes
  • Accuracy of analytics data sourced from third-party platforms
  • Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, is-digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion, after which recovery is not possible.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
